The firm originated from a shop founded in Fa Yuen Road, Hong Kong in the early 1930s. There are now 4 specialty stores in Hong Kong, with the Central outlet on Wellington Street. They are famous for selling traditional Chinese delicacies, including New Year food, Mid-Autumn Festival moon cakes, sticky rice dumplings for Dragon Boat Festival, and confinement diet like pig's feet and ginger.
