Patchun 八珍, formerly known as Pat Chun Tianding Sweet Vinegar is a sweet vinegar brand produced by HK food manufacturer Pat Chun Limited (English: Pat Chun International Limited).
The firm originated from a shop started in Fa Yuen Road, HK in the year 1932. There are now 4 specialty stores in Hong Kong, with the Central store on Wellington Road. They are renowned for selling traditional Chinese delicacies, including New Year food, Mid-Autumn Festival moon cakes, zongzi for the Dragon Boat Festival, and postpartum confinement food like pig's feet and ginger.
