Pat Chun's Sweet Vinegar, previously called Sweet Vinegar by Pat Chun is a sweet vinegar brand manufactured by HK food manufacturer Pat Chun International Limited (English: Pat Chun International Limited).
The corporation originated from a shop opened in Fa Yuen Street, HK in the year 1932. There are now 4 specialty stores in HK, with the Central store on Wellington St.. They are famous for selling traditional Chinese delicacies, including New Year food, Mid-Autumn Festival moon cakes, Dragon Boat Festival rice dumplings, and postpartum confinement food like pig's feet and ginger.
